HEY, I’M BRONTE,
Growing up, I was always that typical sporty girl, constantly trying something new, from tennis to dancing, cheerleading, swimming, and netball—you name it, I probably gave it a go. Basketball was the one sport that stole my heart and playing VJBL, I thrived on the fast pace, learning new skills and working as a team to win. The only reason I stopped was because, at the time, the travel for training and games became too much as school got more serious.
That's where everything shifted. From here, I found a personal trainer, now a close friend and discovered my love for strength training and running. I became obsessed with pushing myself in ways I had never done before and along the way I discovered a deep passion for understanding nutrition and how to fuel my body correctly.

After spending some time building muscle, my focus switched to a new challenge, running. I set my sights on a half marathon and then a full marathon in 2022, all while maintaining the muscle I had built through my strength training. This meant strength training four times a week, running three times a week, playing netball and working full-time. It was hectic but I absolutely loved it.
Most recently, I stepped into a new era - bodybuilding. I entered my first competition in April 2024 which then led me to earn my ICN Sports Model Pro card in my first season, an achievement I'm incredibly proud of. But I'm not done, I'm only just beginning.
I have also just completed my first HYROX competition in DEC 2024, completing the course in 1:09, landing my partner and I 14th place in our age group just minutes away from what 1st place got. SO of course we want to beat this and now we are currently training to compete in doubles again for the Brisbane HYROX in March of 2025.
My priority is to continue building strength during this time whilst improving my speed in running under fatigue and post HYROX I will jump back into taking a long off season to continue building to compete again in the PRO line up for BodyBuilding in 2026.
Safe to say, I am the type of athlete that gives anything a go and when I do, I go ALL IN. -
